If you are an exhibitor or stall holder please ensure you book first to help us plan

Important: Please note that no dogs (except guide dogs) are allowed

Refreshments

Tea, coffee and cakes will be served inside the community centre.
Catering on the field behind the community centre will include a coffee van, hog roast, mobile Pizza van and an Ice Cream van

Please be setup by 9:30am but arrive on the day itself. There is no overnight parking/camping but there will be someone there from 7am. We would advise stall holders to arrive by 9am at the latest to give yourselves enough time to setup.
Due to safety reasons we request that you do be prepared to stay until 4pm but things could start to ramp down at 3pm.
Stallholders and exhibitors must book in advance. Please either email us or contact us via the contact form on this site.
Pitch fees for stallholders (craft and autojumble) are £25 for a standard pitch (6m x 3m) or £40 for a double, payable on the day, no exceptions.
NO LATEX BALLOONS.

£6 for adults and anyone 16 and over, under 16's are free (card payments accepted)
For exhibitors of bikes and cars the driver is free but any additional passengers will have to pay

The show will be located at Forden Community Centre and the adjacent playing fields of Forden C.I.W. School, Welshpool, Powys. SY21 8NE (see map below)

There will be parking available in the field opposite the exhibitor entrance to the show. There will be plenty of stewards around to show you where to go
Accessible parking will be on the field, please enter via the exhibitor entrance.
